Role Summary

This position is responsible for receiving food and beverage orders, recommending items to guests, delivering orders, and making sure each guest leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and ensure guests are comfortable throughout their visit.
• Prepare the restaurant for service, including opening and closing duties.
• Present daily specials and chef suggestions to customers.
• Record orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Pass order details to kitchen colleagues clearly and promptly.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to support timely and correct order delivery.
• Keep guests informed about the progress of their orders.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Serve food and beverages to guests.
• Coordinate with bartenders and runners to maintain efficient service flow.
• Clear used plates, glasses, and condiments after guests finish dining.
• Maintain cleanliness across the restaurant.
• Clean the relevant operational tools and equipment.
• Replenish service stations and condiment supplies as needed.
• Carry out other duties assigned by direct supervisors when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Prior exposure to food and beverage service or customer-facing work is preferred.
• Ability to repeat tasks consistently and accurately.
• Comfortable performing in a busy, high-pressure setting.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi or prepared to relocate there.
