Core duties
- Deliver non-promotional educational support focused on disease state topics to assigned customers, either inbound or outbound, as directed by the client.
- Provide outbound adherence support to patients and caregivers, with the possibility of evening and weekend hours.
- Gather demographic details and document disposition for reimbursement assistance and literature fulfillment.
- Maintain strong service quality while following approved call scripts and program guidance, including use of live video conferencing and client-specific web platforms when needed.
- Use only the materials approved by Inizio or the client, and do not alter, duplicate, or share them.
- Complete all assigned training and competency assessments within the required timeline and expected standard.
- Build and sustain productive relationships with important customers.
- Support service development across multiple healthcare sectors as directed by the client or Inizio.
- Suggest innovative ideas that could create new partnership opportunities.
- Handle administrative work promptly, including daily system updates, weekly activity summaries, email communication, and time reporting.
- Attend local or national meetings and conferences when required to stay updated and exchange knowledge within the Patient Solutions team.
- Care for company equipment and materials according to company instructions.
- Follow all Inizio and client policies and procedures.
- Take on additional duties as needed.
Candidate profile
- Must hold an active US healthcare license as an RN.
- Associate degree, bachelor's degree, or BSN is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in neurology or sleep disorder settings is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed.
- Should have a professional phone presence and an articulate speaking voice.
- Comfort using call center telephone systems and related technology is important.
- Strong organization and task-management skills are required.
- The person should be self-driven and highly motivated.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once is necessary.
Pay and employment details
The hourly base pay range for this role is $25.90 to $48.10, with final pay determined by experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
