Role Overview

Graphinix Social is a developing digital agency focused on website creation, Shopify store setup, branding, graphic design, and digital marketing services. The team is hiring an Upwork Bidder who can consistently win relevant projects and support business growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Track down suitable opportunities on Upwork every day.
• Create tailored, persuasive proposals for each prospect.
• Handle client conversations in a professional manner.
• Stay in touch with leads and help nurture client relationships.
• Review client needs and coordinate with internal team members.
• Bring in qualified leads through Upwork and other freelance marketplaces.
• Keep accurate records of proposals sent, replies received, and deal progress.

Required Background

• Prior experience in Upwork bidding and lead generation.
• Strong command of written English and client-facing communication.
• Working knowledge of services such as web design, Shopify, WordPress, graphic design, or digital marketing.
• Ability to spot opportunities with strong conversion potential.
• Self-driven approach with a target-focused mindset.
• Experience with Fiverr, LinkedIn outreach, or similar freelancing platforms will be considered an advantage.

Compensation

The position comes with a fixed salary along with an attractive commission structure. Additional bonuses are available for closing deals successfully.
