Role overview

D3 Studio is hiring a UI/UX Designer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting polished, easy-to-use digital products and can present a strong portfolio of past work. Prior exposure to design studio environments will be considered an advantage.

Key responsibilities

Create intuitive and visually refined interfaces for websites and mobile products.
Carry out user research and translate findings into personas, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups.
Work hand in hand with developers, project managers, and fellow designers to deliver a smooth end-to-end user journey.
Refine concepts using user feedback, usability test results, and stakeholder suggestions.
Keep pace with current design tools, methods, and industry trends.

Requirements

Between 3 and 5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
A portfolio that clearly demonstrates both design quality and process.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and Photoshop.
Good command of user-centered design and usability best practices.
Familiarity with user research and testing approaches.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Background in a design studio setting is preferred.
High attention to detail and a commitment to producing strong-quality work.
