TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Time Management HR Executive in Dubai to manage attendance, absences, warnings, and related employee data through SAP-based workflows. The role supports HR operations with reporting, case follow-up, internal coordination, and employee communications.

SAP-based operations

  • Handle warning memos in SAP, including issuing, cancelling, and tracking them through to closure.
  • Prepare and circulate reports, then inform the relevant departments as needed.
  • Make sure pending absence matters are closed without delay.
  • Log and monitor SAP technical problems through the Khadamatech ticketing platform.

Attendance and absence management

  • Compile and review attendance and absence-related reports, including weekly absenteeism summaries, statistical reports, wellbeing statistics, and executive-level dashboards.
  • Monitor absenteeism and resolve system-related errors.
  • Produce direct approved absence reports.
  • Process and validate sick leave requests and other absence submissions.

Medical and disciplinary coordination

  • Support Medical Committee requests and the associated documentation.
  • Prepare quarterly reports for the Disciplinary Committee.
  • Follow up on disciplinary cases involving TM staff.

Employee location and data maintenance

  • Confirm current physical locations of employees in the system.
  • Check that newly submitted location changes are entered accurately.

Communication and administrative support

  • Draft formal correspondence such as memos, circulars, and emails.
  • Respond to employee and department questions about overtime, compensatory off, and leave or absence processes through Khadamatech, email, and phone.

Required skills and experience
