About Joy_
Joy_ is rethinking gifting by making it feel personal, flexible, and a little unexpected. Instead of treating gift cards as simple payment tools, the brand aims to turn them into a genuine expression of care. Its universal gift card can be customized in many ways and redeemed for almost anything available online, from handmade ceramics in Berlin to a rice cooker from Korea.
Joy_ has been featured on Die Höhle der Löwen, has served more than 36,000 happy customers, and is highly rated on Trustpilot. The team is now building a TikTok creator group and looking for someone to join.
Why this role is different
This is not a standard influencer assignment, and you do not need to be one. The role is designed for someone who enjoys creating relaxed, authentic content in their own style. There is no memorized script and no heavy editing process. You decide how Joy_ fits into your content, while the compensation is tied to how well your content performs.
What you will do
- Create and publish 2 short TikTok videos every day on your own account, with each video running between 15 and 60 seconds.
- Present Joy_ in a natural, approachable, and creative way rather than producing a stiff promotional clip.
- Choose your own content ideas and maintain full creative control.
- Share a brief weekly update with performance insights; screenshots are sufficient.
- Keep the time commitment low, at about 30 minutes per day for filming and uploading, with no complex editing or cutting required.
What we are looking for
You are a strong fit if you have a feel for TikTok content, understand what performs well on the platform, and are comfortable being authentic and relaxed on camera. The ideal person speaks German, stays reliable over time, and is willing to keep going even when not every post goes viral. A genuine interest in helping shape a brand’s TikTok presence from the beginning matters a lot. Prior UGC or social media content experience is helpful, but it is not mandatory.
