Tender Executive (Research & Documentation)

Company Overview

Stockwell Solar Services Pvt. Ltd. (SSSPL) was established in 2017 by IIT alumni and focuses on clean energy solutions delivered through OPEX/RESCO and CAPEX models. The organisation currently manages more than 250 MW of operational IPP solar assets and is also building a future pipeline of over 1000 MW of BESS and solar projects.

Role Summary

This position is centered on identifying tender opportunities, studying bid documents in depth, and preparing complete documentation for submission. The role requires strong attention to detail, structured compliance tracking, and the ability to handle both technical and financial bid requirements within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and related tender papers thoroughly to capture eligibility conditions, scope, timelines, evaluation rules, and any disqualifying clauses.
• Create and maintain a detailed compliance checklist covering every document, certificate, and requirement needed for submission.
• Prepare technical and commercial bids, along with EMDs and all supporting paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Research and track tender opportunities relevant to the business.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Graduate degree required.
