Role Overview
This is an office-based telecaller position in Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, with Vexla Group of India. The role is suited to someone comfortable making outbound calls, coordinating with candidates, and supporting recruitment-related communication.
Compensation
The offered pay is ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, with the final amount depending on the interview outcome and overall performance.
Working Hours
The shift timing is 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Office operations run Monday through Saturday during the same time window.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective candidates and present available job opportunities.
- Manage follow-up calls and keep candidate information updated.
- Arrange interviews and work closely with the recruitment team for coordination.
- Record daily calling activity and work toward the assigned targets.
