Job overview
Dr Bagchi’s Gynecology & IVF Centre in Lucknow is urgently looking for a Telecaller who can handle patient enquiries, provide basic counselling, and create a positive first impression for the clinic. The role focuses on turning incoming and outgoing leads into confirmed appointments while keeping communication calm, helpful, and professional.
Working hours
The shift timing for this role is 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Key responsibilities
- Manage both inbound and outbound calls, respond to enquiries quickly, and follow up on leads.
- Explain the centre’s services and procedures in a clear and reassuring manner to build patient confidence.
- Coordinate appointments and support the clinical team with scheduling.
- Maintain accurate interaction records in CRM software and Excel.
Experience and skills needed
The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience, with prior exposure to a healthcare or clinic environment being a strong advantage. Strong persuasion ability, an empathetic listening style, and basic computer skills are important for success in this role.
Language requirement
Applicants must be fluent in both Hindi and English.
