Role Summary

The Tele-Recruiter position is a full-time remote opportunity focused on finding, reaching out to, and engaging prospective candidates through phone conversations, messaging applications, and other online communication channels. The role involves screening applicants, describing available opportunities and platform advantages, resolving candidate questions, and supporting them through the application and onboarding journey. The person in this position will also keep organized records of candidate interactions, stay in regular contact with leads, and work closely with the team to achieve hiring goals. Since the work is performance-driven and remote, it suits someone who can manage tasks independently and stay consistent.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential candidates using calls, messaging apps, and digital communication tools.
• Carry out screening conversations to assess interest and suitability.
• Explain job options, platform benefits, and next steps in a clear and convincing manner.
• Respond to candidate questions and provide guidance throughout the application process.
• Support candidates during onboarding and follow up regularly to maintain engagement.
• Record candidate details and interaction history accurately.

• Work toward recruitment targets while operating independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong spoken communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build rapport over calls and online channels.
• Comfort using smartphones, internet-based calling and messaging apps, and simple data-entry or CRM tools.
• Good organization and time management to handle calling, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.
• Persuasion and objection-handling ability, along with a customer-focused or sales-oriented approach.
• Self-driven mindset and the discipline to perform well without direct supervision in a remote setup.
• Reliable access to a stable internet connection and a smartphone or computer suitable for remote work.
• Prior exposure to telecalling, recruitment, or outbound customer interaction is helpful, though not required.
