- Ability to work closely with business owners, stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver strong customer outcomes.
- Confidence in overseeing budgets and managing financial aspects of project delivery.
- Capability to work across multiple teams and keep delivery coordinated, aligned, and progressing well.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders where needed.
- Experience contributing to governance, reporting progress, escalating risks, and supporting decision-making.
- Strong ability to identify, evaluate, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout delivery.
- Comfort using project management practices that fit ANZ delivery frameworks and adjusting methods as required.
- Well-developed planning, organisation, and time management skills, including handling competing priorities.
- Ability to build productive relationships and foster collaborative, high-performing teams.
- Adaptability and resilience when working through ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach supported by good judgement, active listening, and decisive action.
