Role overview

A fast-growing, venture-backed HealthTech company is hiring an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead hiring for its technical teams during a major growth phase. The business has grown from a small founding group to about 40 employees, achieved strong revenue growth, and remains cash-flow positive.

Working at the meeting point of healthcare and technology, the company is building essential infrastructure that makes diagnostic data easier to access, connect and use, with the aim of improving patient outcomes and supporting the expansion of preventative healthcare.

The role reports to the Talent Lead and works closely with the Head of Engineering. You will take full ownership of technical hiring across Engineering, Product, Design and Data, and play a key part in shaping the next stage of the company’s growth.

This is a remote-first position with a strong focus on impact, autonomy and continuous improvement in hiring quality, employer brand and candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles across Engineering, Product, Design and Data.
  • Design inventive sourcing approaches to reach high-quality technical candidates across the UK and Europe.
  • Develop and maintain long-term talent pipelines, with emphasis on quality hires rather than high-volume recruiting.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, interview structures and final hiring choices.
  • Deliver a clear, respectful and efficient candidate journey from first contact through to offer stage.
  • Support employer brand growth through networking, community participation and proactive market engagement.
  • Enhance hiring workflows, interview alignment and scoring frameworks as the company scales.
  • Use market intelligence and recruitment metrics to guide hiring strategy, compensation conversations and process refinements.

  • Proven success hiring for Engineering, Product or Data positions.

  • Solid judgement when evaluating technical talent and hiring fit.

  • Base salary of £75,000 to £90,000.
