Role overview
This position is based on a client site in Perth and sits within a fast-moving team environment. The main focus is the accurate handling, sorting, and distribution of mail and courier items so they reach the right people on time. The role also involves a mix of customer contact, office support, and general administration.
Key duties
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier items each day.
- Respond to and resolve customer questions by phone and email.
- Look after office equipment, stationery, and other supplies.
- Maintain databases and keep presentation records updated.
- Arrange courier bookings and lodgements with different courier providers.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
- Be prepared for occasional heavy lifting.
