Role overview
We are looking for a Team Leader to support the store management team in a busy retail environment in Dublin. This is a hands-on role where you will help guide store associates, contribute to day-to-day operations, and play a part in creating an engaging shopping experience for customers.
Working pattern
Shifts are available across the week, from Monday to Sunday, with a variety of hours on offer.
What you will do
You will work alongside managers to help lead a team in a store that changes frequently and offers constant variety. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-moving setting and likes bringing ideas forward to improve the customer and colleague experience.

We are seeking someone who can lead by example, support and motivate a diverse team, and help deliver a distinctive in-store experience for a broad customer base. You should be comfortable working at pace, thinking creatively, and taking on fresh challenges as they arise.
