Role Overview

The Team Leader for Manufacturing & Engineering in Jeddah will be responsible for coordinating an assigned shift, ensuring the production plan is delivered on schedule, within quality benchmarks, and under budgetary control. The role also involves guiding operators so that work is carried out safely and in line with required quality standards.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Bakery or Food Technology is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a comparable bakery role is needed.
• Hands-on exposure to bread and pastry production is essential.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with automated bakery plants in a similar capacity.
