Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Team Lead to join our team in Dubai. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth processing of sales orders and delivering outstanding customer service. Your expertise in technical areas and experience in client interactions will be instrumental in supporting our goal of transforming distribution practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and management of sales order documentation, including data entry into the system and follow-up with sales teams for any missing information.
- Accurately process sales orders and enter quotations into the One Shop system.
- Collaborate with the credit control department to facilitate order releases and address any related inquiries.
- Monitor the progress of orders throughout their lifecycle, providing timely updates to the sales team regarding status and estimated delivery times.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of order dispatch and logistics to ensure efficient delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess 6 to 8 years of professional experience within Supply Chain management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is highly desirable.
- A strong IT industry understanding and the capacity to quickly grasp technical details.
- Excellent communication abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and strong time management skills are essential.
- Fluency in English is required.
