Role Overview
This position is for a recruitment team lead based in Greater Noida, India, with responsibility for handling the full hiring cycle and supporting day-to-day staffing operations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage recruitment activities from sourcing through to final hiring.
- Create job descriptions and publish vacancies across social media channels and job portals.
- Screen resumes and applications, then coordinate interview schedules.
- Use job portals effectively to find suitable candidates and source CVs.
- Lead and support a team involved in hiring activities.
- Prepare and work with MIS reports as needed.
- Handle client communication and support office administration tasks.

- Exposure to team management or leading hiring efforts.
- Good understanding of MIS reporting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation
The role offers an annual salary in the range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 4,00,000.
