Role Overview
This position focuses on garment alterations, fitting support, and customer guidance to help ensure clothing looks and fits at its best.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle alterations and fittings across a range of men’s and women’s clothing, including coats, suits, blazers, dresses, and similar garments.
- Guide customers carefully and respectfully on the most suitable alterations for their clothing to achieve an excellent finish.
- Deliver attentive customer service aligned with company standards.
Desired Profile
- Professional, supportive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable operating industrial sewing machines.
- Must be able to communicate in the official language used in the province where the store is located.
- Quebec: French.
- Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia: English.
