This position is for a Sushi Chef based in West Bay, Doha, Qatar, within the Food and Beverage & Culinary function. It is a full-time management role in a luxury hospitality setting, and the position is not remote.

Core Duties

  • Keep kitchen records up to date to support food safety compliance.
  • Track kitchen supplies and food inventory, and monitor stock levels.
  • Prepare food presentation with attention to visual appeal, including decorative displays.
  • Control food quantities prepared and portion sizes served.
  • Set up the workstation before service and dismantle it after service.
  • Prep ingredients for cooking by portioning, chopping, and storing them correctly.

  • Cook and finish food in line with recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and preparation checklists.
