About the Company

FORMEL SKIN is transforming access to dermatology by pairing medical expertise with advanced technology to create a global online dermatology clinic. The company has already delivered more than one million treatments and is supported by leading European investors in health and consumer sectors. It has recently partnered with Voy to build one of the most ambitious health tech platforms worldwide. As the business launches and expands new treatment categories in Germany, the team is growing quickly, and Berlin serves as the base for this next phase of expansion.

About the Role

The company is looking for a sharp, collaborative, and strategically minded Supply Chain Manager to strengthen and scale its Supply Chain and Procurement function in Germany. This position plays a key part in improving supplier partnerships, sourcing new products, and enhancing the cost, quality, and dependability of the supply chain. The role suits someone who enjoys solving operational problems, working across teams, and contributing visibly to the growth of a fast-moving business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Supply Chain Director to shape and execute long-term supply chain plans that support business goals while balancing cost, service performance, and risk control.
  • Track stock levels and supply performance, coordinating with external suppliers and internal category teams to maintain suitable inventory coverage.
  • Manage important supplier and logistics relationships, lead contract negotiations, and make sure service and compliance requirements are met.
  • Spot potential weak points in the supply network and build backup plans to reduce the impact of disruptions.
  • Lead improvement initiatives across procurement, logistics, demand planning, and inventory processes to improve reliability and cut down waste.
  • Work closely with Finance, Operations, Product, and Commercial teams to align supply chain priorities with wider business objectives and support cross-functional projects.
  • Promote sustainability and innovation by introducing digital tools, automation, and new operating models into the supply chain.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of the full supply chain cycle, including sourcing, supplier management, logistics, planning, and fulfillment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to influence across different levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data modeling; advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP or supply chain planning tools are important.
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering process improvements.
  • Experience in finding and implementing operational or broader business improvements.
  • Background in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare supply chains is preferred.
  • Leadership experience in negotiation within a supply chain procurement environment is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth or scale-up business is preferred.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and emerging supply chain technologies would be an advantage.
