Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and self-driven Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to help manage the movement of goods, improve logistics efficiency, and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across the supply chain.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating multiple moving parts, solving operational challenges, and supporting high-quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments so deliveries are completed on time and accurately.
- Keep track of transport activity, stock movement, and overall logistics performance across the supply chain.
- Compile logistics data, monitor key metrics, and prepare reports that support operational decisions.
- Work closely with suppliers, carriers, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure workflow continuity.
- Handle shipping paperwork, order processing, and inventory records with care and precision.
- Spot logistics disruptions, delivery delays, and process inefficiencies, then take action to resolve them early.
- Support improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and strengthening service levels.
- Make sure transportation rules, company procedures, and operational requirements are followed at all times.
