Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator

Role overview

We are looking for a meticulous and well-organized Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator to help keep goods, materials, and information moving efficiently through the supply chain. This position focuses on managing logistics activities, monitoring shipments, supporting stock control, and helping ensure products reach their destination on time while upholding strong operational standards.

You will collaborate with suppliers, vendors, transport partners, and internal teams to keep logistics processes running smoothly from start to finish. The role includes handling order flow, keeping an eye on delivery timelines, resolving supply chain disruptions, and maintaining reliable records for inventory and shipments.

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Track shipment progress and delivery updates.
• Support inventory accuracy and stock record maintenance.
• Assist procurement and warehouse functions as needed.
• Prepare logistics reports and review supply chain performance.
• Identify ways to improve efficiency and control costs.
• Communicate with stakeholders to address delays and operational issues.
• Help ensure compliance with shipping rules and transport requirements.
• Maintain documentation for customs or transport-related needs when applicable.
• Contribute to workflow improvements across supply chain operations.
• Handle data entry in logistics systems and operational records.
