Role overview
The Supervisor will lead and encourage the team to help the store run smoothly, efficiently, and to a high standard while delivering an excellent customer experience at all times.
Location
Point Campus, Dublin 1, Greater Dublin.

Key responsibilities
The role includes guiding the team, maintaining store standards, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring customer queries are handled professionally and in line with store policy.
Candidate profile
The successful candidate should have strong communication skills, be comfortable working in a busy, high-pressure setting, and be able to organise work, delegate tasks, and support colleagues effectively.
Main duties
- Represent the Centra values of being proud, energetic, imaginative, and community-focused in everyday work.
- Act as a friendly lead by example, setting the tone for teamwork and a positive workplace attitude.
- Maintain high standards in rotation, merchandising, and front-facing stock presentation.
- Support the induction, training, and ongoing development of staff.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and according to store procedures.
- Welcome new initiatives and adapt to improved ways of working.
Additional information
Experience in a customer-facing role for around 2 years is desirable. The role is described as an evening/weekend supervisor position. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
