Role Overview

We are hiring a Supervisor for the Starbucks unit at Bath Station. This is a hands-on hospitality leadership position with SSP UK & Ireland, placed in one of the UK and Ireland’s busiest travel environments. The role is designed for someone who enjoys a fast-moving setting, leading teams, and keeping service standards consistently high.

The position is part-time, offering 8 hours per week. The site operates from 5:00am to 10:00pm, and the successful candidate must be able to work flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays.

Pay

The hourly rate is £13.61, with an additional £1.50 per hour for shifts worked between midnight and 6:00am.

What You’ll Do

You will take charge of daily shift operations, support the team through busy periods, and help maintain a positive customer experience. The role combines team leadership, service support, and operational problem-solving.

Working Environment

SSP operates recognised brands such as Starbucks, M&S, Burger King, and BrewDog across high-traffic locations. The work is varied, energetic, and different from day to day.
