Subject Matter Expert

uCertify is hiring a Subject Matter Expert to develop polished technical learning content and exam-preparation questions. In this role, you will work with a collaborative team of writers and instructional designers to create course material and assessment items that support learners and educators around the world.

What you will do

• Create high-quality course content and test-prep questions for uCertify learning products.

What the role calls for

• Hands-on knowledge in one or more technical domains, such as databases (Oracle, MySQL), networking (Cisco), artificial intelligence and machine learning, security (including hacking and cybersecurity), operating systems (Linux, Windows), cloud and infrastructure technologies (AWS, VMware, Azure), project or business management frameworks (ITIL, PMP, CBAP), productivity software (MS Office), or creative tools (Adobe).
• Strong capability to understand complex technical ideas quickly and explain them clearly through written content and visual examples.
• Proven skill in technical writing, especially for software documentation or test-preparation content.
• Sharp attention to detail and a careful eye for accuracy.
• University-level education in IT or Computer Science, or relevant technical certifications, is strongly preferred.
