About Jarvio
Jarvio is an AI-driven operations partner for eCommerce businesses. It takes over the repetitive work that typically consumes a brand’s day-to-day time, including creating and correcting listings, managing advertising activity, monitoring stock levels, and maintaining clean catalogs across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok Shop. Users define the outcome they want, and Jarvio handles the execution across channels.
The company has grown rapidly, reaching more than 1,500 brand sign-ups in under 10 weeks. Jarvio is headquartered in San Francisco, was founded in Ireland, and is supported by investors with experience at Amazon and in building successful eCommerce businesses.
Role overview
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for helping Jarvio’s largest customers realize value on a weekly basis and converting that value into retention, growth, referrals, and customer proof points. You will manage a portfolio of Scale+ accounts, monitor account health, respond quickly when issues arise, check back after fixes are released, and ensure customers are aware of new features they requested.
You will also capture important customer use cases, develop case studies from strong accounts, and create repeatable playbooks that can be applied across other customers. The goal is to make Jarvio a regular part of each customer’s operating cadence and to grow the relationship as the product becomes more valuable to them.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Scale+ customers and take ownership of their net revenue retention.
- Work directly within Jarvio with customers so their operational tasks are completed successfully.
- Record each high-value use case and maintain a reusable library of playbooks that can be transferred across accounts.
- Continuously assess the satisfaction of Scale+ customers and intervene early to prevent churn.
- Share customer feedback, insights, and recurring needs with the product and internal teams.
What we’re looking for
- Strong Amazon marketplace expertise, especially in listings, advertising, inventory, and catalog operations.
- Comfort using AI tools such as Jarvio, along with the ability to train new users on them.
- Clear communication skills for both customer conversations and internal coordination.
- Excellent organization and the ability to turn complex customer work into repeatable workflows.

Employment type: Full-time.
Total compensation: $100,000 to $120,000.
