Villa Rose Hotel in Ballybofey is looking for a dependable and well-organised Stores Person to support the smooth handling of drinks and beverage inventory. The position focuses on accepting deliveries accurately, keeping stock securely stored, and ensuring all store areas remain orderly and maintained to a high standard.

Key duties

• Accept incoming drinks and supplier deliveries, checking them carefully and confirming receipt.
• Cross-check deliveries with the paperwork supplied and flag any inconsistencies.
• Store stock in the correct locations in a safe and secure manner.
• Follow first-in, first-out stock rotation practices and protect product quality.
• Keep stores, cellars, and stock rooms clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
• Work with the Purchasing Manager to address shortages, damaged items, or other stock-related issues.
• Help maintain accurate stock logs and supporting records.
• Follow all relevant health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
