What you will do

Requirements
Applicants should have a high school diploma. The role also requires flexibility to work within a 50-mile radius of the store, availability for a schedule that may include weekends, and food safety certification through ServeSafe.
Work environment and physical demands
The workplace can be hot, busy, and noisy, with steam, food vapors, limited storage, and high shelving. Team members are expected to stay on their feet for long periods and work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
This position involves preparing both hot and cold food, using a Chinese-style kitchen knife and other restaurant equipment, lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for up to four hours, and reaching across 36-inch counters to serve guests. Strong verbal communication, the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and skill in handling conflicts or difficult situations are important.
