About the Company

Centric Brands is a global lifestyle brand group working across women’s, men’s, and children’s apparel, accessories, entertainment, and beauty. The organization focuses on customer needs and brand growth, with a culture that values innovation, creative thinking, analytical problem-solving, and collaboration grounded in mutual respect.

Role Overview

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will help safeguard product quality across the production cycle by introducing preventive controls, strengthening factory capability, and ensuring output aligns with customer expectations. The role also supports quality control and inspection activities as part of a wider quality management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build quality into the production process by applying control measures, investigating root causes, and resolving issues before defects occur.
  • Participate in risk reviews during PPM and line inspections with factory teams.
  • Work closely with factories to continuously raise product quality and maintain required standards.
  • Train vendor and factory teams regularly so they understand customer expectations, quality benchmarks, and the importance of a quality-focused mindset.
  • Communicate updated requirements to factories when needed and share relevant case studies to support ongoing improvement.
  • Track corrective action plans, follow up on implementation, and assess whether the actions have been effective.
  • Monitor production progress and T&A/WIP status to spot risks early and confirm readiness for QA activity.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to resolve quality issues and align on practical solutions with factory partners.
  • Keep an eye on daily factory operations, including compliance-related matters.
  • Review the factory’s internal quality control performance, including sharp tool control and needle detection procedures.
  • Work with sales teams on booking-related issues for quantity, delivery, and direct shipment orders on HFC/CPO/PO.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in quality assurance, ideally within textiles or garments, along with strong technical awareness and a feel for garment construction, materials, trims, and print methods. This position calls for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working to deadlines.

Additional Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in textile studies or a related field is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe applications, and Excel.
