Overview
Hilltop Park Post Acute is looking for a Social Services Assistant to join its full-time, onsite team in Hilltop Park, FL. The facility emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, integrity, and a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors. It provides onsite rehabilitation services and operates two large rehab gyms to support residents in regaining independence.
Role Summary
In this position, you will support the Social Services Director in addressing the psychosocial needs of facility residents.

Candidate Profile
Applicants are preferred to have experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting, along with prior healthcare experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, though not mandatory.
Compensation
The pay range for this role is $21 to $24 per hour.
