Role Overview

The company is hiring a creative and energetic Social Media Manager to own and strengthen relationships across its social channels. This position plays a key role in planning and delivering content strategies that increase engagement, elevate brand storytelling, and build deeper connections with the audience. Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement social content plans that reflect the brand’s values, founder-led storytelling, and marketing goals for both branded and founder accounts.
  • Interact regularly with the audience by managing comments, direct messages, and user-generated content to support a positive and engaged community.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and creators to strengthen awareness and support important product and brand moments across social channels.
  • Track brand conversations, emerging trends, and audience sentiment to improve content decisions and identify timely cultural opportunities for participation.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to support campaigns, product introductions, and seasonal activity on social platforms.

Requirements
