Role Overview
This opening is for a social media blended support role that combines voice and chat interactions. The position is based in Gurgaon/Gurugram.
What You Will Do
You will handle customer queries through chat and email, and make outbound calls whenever needed to close the loop on issues.

Working Conditions
This is a rotational shift role with a 5-day work week. UAN verification is part of the hiring process.
Pay
