About the Role
PE Global Healthcare is seeking dedicated Social Care Workers to provide essential support to adults and children within residential and community environments across Ireland. These positions are available on both an agency and permanent basis, with immediate starts for suitable candidates. Please note that eligibility to work in Ireland is required, and visa sponsorship is not offered.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist service users in developing their independence and essential daily living capabilities.
- Organize and lead social, creative, and community-based engagement activities.
- Foster an environment that promotes the overall wellbeing, self-assurance, and meaningful connections for individuals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hold a QQI Level 7 or Level 8 degree in Social Care or a comparable field.
- Possess CORU registration, which is considered advantageous.
- Demonstrate robust communication abilities and proficiency in IT.
- Maintain a full, clean manual driving license.
- Previous experience working within childcare and residential services is beneficial.
- Familiarity with the New Directions approach is considered a plus.
