Job Responsibilities & Tasks

Receive tasks from the Team Leader, primarily to assist Lead Technicians and Technicians, and execute them accordingly. After completing repairs, ensure the work area is cleaned according to the Post Maintenance Cleaning Work Instruction, leaving it tidy and free of any work residues. Organize tools within maintenance toolboxes and cabinets to maintain order and facilitate easy retrieval. Execute 5S tasks in the Maintenance Workshop and adjacent areas as per the established 5S plan and the Team Leader's directives. Provide support to the maintenance team in loading and unloading parts as needed. Perform specific maintenance duties, particularly those related to the periodic cleaning of utilities such as chillers, compressors, filters, and exhaust fans.

Safety

Become well-acquainted with the health and safety procedures and instructions relevant to your job functions. Adhere to NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with Saudi Labor rules and legislation. Participate in various Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) activities and attend safety meetings as required. Complete all training provided by the company. Report any incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, or acts to your direct supervisor, or to the camp boss if related to accommodation. Rectify unsafe conditions immediately if it is safe and feasible to do so. Ensure all safety precautions are in place before commencing any work. Refuse to perform work if unsafe conditions are present. Report all incidents and near misses to your supervisor. Utilize the provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) safety gear. Inspect tools, equipment, and vehicles before use.
