Panda is seeking a dependable, hands-on Site Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept working environment at the facility. The role supports everyday site operations by keeping areas tidy, removing waste, and following set cleaning routines.

This position suits someone who is practical, physically capable, attentive to safety, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Clear waste, rubble, and debris from assigned areas by sweeping, shovelling, and similar manual methods.
  • Complete regular cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitising when needed.
  • Work to established cleaning plans so disruption and downtime are kept to a minimum.
  • Use hand tools and cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
  • Gather and dispose of waste in accordance with site procedures.
  • Assist with the cleaning and basic maintenance of waste-handling equipment and machinery.
  • Escalate safety issues, incidents, cleaning concerns, or maintenance needs to a supervisor.
  • Help uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across the site.
  • Maintain simple cleaning logs or records when required.
  • Operate mobile plant where trained, authorised, and needed.
  • Carry out other reasonable tasks assigned by the company.
