Greaves Finance Limited (evfin) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Greaves Cotton Limited and ranks among India’s prominent NBFCs focused on electric vehicles. Through its evfin platform, the company offers financing for electric two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and other EV mobility products.
Role Overview
This position is for a Business Officer placed on an off-roll model under CIEL payroll. The role is based at a two-wheeler dealership or showroom in Bengaluru and is centered on promoting finance solutions, handling customer queries, and supporting the loan journey from lead generation to disbursement.
Work Schedule
- Day shift
- One weekly off per week
Compensation and Benefits
- CTC of up to INR 24,000 per month
- Monthly performance incentive of INR 8,000 to INR 10,000
Eligibility
- Candidates up to 32 years of age can apply
- Both male and female applicants are eligible
- Immediate joiners are preferred
- Applicants should be able to communicate in the local language
Education and Experience
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate or any graduate
- At least 6 months of experience in the loans domain is required
- Experience in vehicle loans or two-wheeler loans is preferred
Skills Required
- Strong verbal communication and people-handling skills
- Ability to build customer relationships and manage queries
- Basic computer literacy
- Sales, negotiation, and target-driven selling ability
- Working knowledge of loan and finance products
- Documentation handling and verification capability
Key Responsibilities
- Work from the assigned two-wheeler dealership or showroom counter
- Present loan products and financing plans to walk-in customers
- Source leads and convert them into approved and disbursed loans
- Support customers in filling out application forms and gathering documents
- Check customer documents and ensure adherence to company guidelines
- Coordinate closely with dealership teams, credit functions, and operations for smooth processing
- Follow up with applicants until approval and disbursement are completed
- Meet monthly sales and disbursement goals
- Keep customer records updated and share daily activity updates
- Deliver high-quality service and maintain long-term customer engagement
Preferred Background
- Prior experience of at least 6 months in vehicle loans, two-wheeler loans, consumer finance, gold loans, microfinance, banking sales, NBFCs, or retail finance
- Experience in dealership-based or showroom finance work will be an added advantage
- Strong selling, communication, and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Knowledge of loan paperwork and KYC checks
- Familiarity with basic computer applications
