Shift Supervisor

Role overview

Round Table Pizza is looking for a Shift Supervisor to help deliver outstanding guest experiences while keeping restaurant operations running smoothly. This role calls for someone who can lead by example, work effectively with the team, and maintain a professional, service-focused attitude at all times. The position requires strong attention to safety, quality, and timely completion of shift duties.

Key responsibilities

• Set a professional tone when working with teammates and interacting with guests.
• Support customer retention and sales growth by delivering consistently excellent service.
• Read, write, communicate clearly, and handle basic math as needed for daily operations.
• Bring a positive, energetic, and cooperative mindset to the shift.
• Stay organized, manage time well, and juggle multiple tasks successfully.
• Help coordinate local marketing efforts, including community promotion and group events.
• Maintain standards for product quality, cleanliness, health, safety, and proper uniform compliance.
• Show interest in ongoing learning and growth, including advancement opportunities within the company.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant or comparable work experience.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.
• A valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and active auto insurance are required.
• Availability to work different shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
