BUMA Australia is hiring a full-time Serviceperson to support its Goonyella maintenance team in Moranbah, Queensland. The role focuses on keeping mining trucks, mobile plant, and related vehicles operating safely and efficiently through refuelling, servicing, and general upkeep tasks.

What you'll do

In this position, you will work across a range of mine equipment and vehicles, carrying out servicing tasks, refuelling, and other routine maintenance activities. A strong focus on safe work practices and contributing to a positive safety culture is a key part of the job.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with heavy mobile mining equipment, along with the required licences, VOCs, and site medicals. You should be safety-conscious, comfortable working in a maintenance environment, and able to contribute to team operations on a rotating roster.

Location

Goonyella Mine is in the Bowen Basin of Central Queensland, around 30 kilometres from Moranbah. BUMA Australia supports truck and excavator pre-strip operations there by providing labour, supervision, technical support, and mobile plant.
