Role overview
You will join the HR function of a major SGX-listed conglomerate and take ownership of senior-level hiring efforts as the organisation continues to scale. This position is ideal for an accomplished talent acquisition specialist who can combine hands-on recruitment delivery with strategic workforce partnering.
What you'll do
- Own the full recruitment cycle for technical and specialist positions, working closely with hiring managers to shape sourcing plans and hiring approaches across several business areas.
- Use hiring data to guide decisions and support business leaders with meaningful recruitment metrics, reports, and dashboards that help assess effectiveness.
- Build and maintain pipelines for hard-to-fill and specialised skill sets by mapping the market, networking, and developing relationships outside the active applicant pool.
- Work with HR Centres of Excellence to contribute to a coordinated talent strategy that supports business goals, workforce planning, and future capability needs.
- Promote modern recruitment methods by leveraging AI-based tools, recruitment platforms, and creative sourcing techniques to improve speed, hire quality, and overall recruitment results.
What you should bring
- At least 10 years of relevant talent acquisition experience in a comparable environment.
- A strong grasp of the technology talent landscape and current hiring patterns.
- Good operational discipline and comfort working with data and analytics to forecast needs, track performance, and influence stakeholders.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, and energetic working style suited to a fast-moving environment.
