Senior Supervisor – Fulfilment Centre

Role Overview

The Senior Supervisor for the Fulfilment Centre in Riyadh is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse performance, ensuring operational targets are met, and supporting smooth execution across the floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Review daily SLA results each morning and share the performance update with management.
• Monitor the productivity of each team member and hold regular discussions to improve output.
• Lead issue resolution activities, guide staff on the next steps, and route escalations to the appropriate point of contact.
• Maintain adequate stock of consumables on the floor and notify procurement in a timely manner when replenishment is needed.
• Prepare and circulate all required operational reports within the scheduled timelines.
• Make sure attendance records are updated in TAMS and properly reconciled.
• Confirm that standard operating procedures are being followed on the floor and coach associates when gaps are identified.
• Ensure that all associates comply with safety requirements and workplace standards.

Performance Measures

• Daily throughput compared with the plan.
• SLA compliance across inbound activities such as GRN and unloading, as well as picking, dispatch, and cycle count.
• CPP tracking and comparison against benchmarks.
• Individual productivity levels of staff members.
• Accuracy of stock records.

Core Competencies

• Strong background in warehouse operations.
• Ability to analyze SLAs and productivity metrics.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and procurement teams.
• Capability to produce reports and manage operational data.
• Hands-on experience supervising teams directly on the floor.
