This market is worth several hundred billion euros and is facing major pressure from new rules such as PPWR, EUDR, EPR, and CSRD. Packa has built the first end-to-end SaaS platform for smart packaging management, with strong demand, solid funding, and rapid growth.
The company is looking for outstanding Account Executives who want to close complex deals in a large market with genuine buying intent.

Responsibilities
- Own and build your pipeline, creating the foundation for future business relationships and long-term growth.
- Research prospects thoroughly and generate leads to uncover new markets and business opportunities for Packa.
- Reach out to leads by phone and email, present the solution convincingly, and convert interest into demos for the Account Executive team.
- Represent Packa externally with confidence and initiative, identify the right contacts within each target company, and help shape go-to-market strategy and sales process improvements with fresh ideas and new buyer personas.
- Work closely with the Account Executive team to turn promising leads into successful projects and satisfied customers.
Requirements
- Initial professional experience in sales and cold outreach, ideally with exposure to complex B2B sales and/or the SaaS environment.
- Based in Berlin so you can support the team on-site day to day.
- Native-level German and strong English skills at minimum C1 level for clear, nuanced communication with target customers.
- Strong analytical ability to assess market and customer information and draw sound strategic conclusions.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and collaborative, with a reliable approach to shared success.
- Highly team-oriented and adaptable, able to contribute effectively even in demanding situations.
