Role overview
We are hiring a proactive and highly organized professional to support a growing startup working at the intersection of mobility and fintech. This position suits someone who can handle varied responsibilities, stay calm in a fast-moving environment, and provide dependable support to both operational work and leadership.
Office administration
- Keep daily office activities running smoothly and efficiently.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain records, files, and other documentation in a tidy and secure way.
- Help onboard new employees and assist with HR-related coordination.
- Track adherence to company policies and internal procedures.
Project coordination
- Support project planning, monitoring, and progress tracking from start to finish.
- Create timelines, schedules, and tracking tools to help keep work on schedule.
- Act as a communication point between internal teams, stakeholders, and outside partners.
- Set up project meetings, draft agendas, record minutes, and follow up on next steps.
- Spot delays, risks, or blockers early and raise them for timely resolution.
CEO support
- Prepare recurring updates on project progress, status, and KPIs.
- Brief leadership on major issues, risks, and opportunities that need attention.
- Assist with strategic planning efforts and track progress toward business goals.
- Summarize departmental activity and highlight key achievements clearly.
Qualifications and skills
- Prior experience in a Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar position is required; exposure to fintech or mobility is an added advantage.
- Strong ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong people skills.
- A self-starter mindset with a practical, solution-focused approach.
- Comfort working in a high-energy environment with competing priorities.
