Role Overview
Affle is looking for an accomplished Senior Sales Manager in Dubai to accelerate revenue by promoting its AdTech solutions to brands and enterprise customers. The role focuses on engaging senior marketing leaders, especially CMOs and brand teams, to improve digital media investment and campaign outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Identify, approach, present to, and secure new business from mid-market and enterprise brands.
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand each client’s marketing objectives and align the right AdTech solution to their business needs.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with brand marketing and growth stakeholders to support long-term customer retention.
- Own the full sales journey, including discovery, opportunity management, and contract finalization, while keeping CRM records accurate and up to date.
Experience and Expertise Needed
- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience.
- Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience in AdTech or MarTech to brands.
- A well-developed, active network of decision-makers in brand-side marketing and growth roles.
- Strong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic buying, audience/data targeting, and ROI attribution.
- Confident executive communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions in clear business terms.
