Senior Java Fullstack Developer

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Java full stack engineer for an in-office role in Hyderabad. The position calls for strong hands-on capability in Core Java, Spring Boot, microservices, SQL, and ReactJS. You will contribute to the design, build, and support of scalable applications while working through the full software development lifecycle in an agile setup.

What You Will Do

• Build efficient, reusable, and scalable code for new features and product enhancements.
• Use object-oriented design principles and established design patterns while shaping solutions.
• Develop complete end-to-end applications, including projects started from the ground up.
• Work closely with agile teams to deliver reliable software across all stages of development.
• Handle coding, troubleshooting, testing, and ongoing maintenance work.
• Create and assess technical documents such as HLDs, LLDs, sequence diagrams, and process flow diagrams.
• Analyze requirements and convert business needs into workable technical solutions.
• Follow coding standards, architecture rules, and engineering best practices.
• Take part in unit testing, integration testing, and UAT closure activities.
• Spot risks and bottlenecks early and suggest practical ways to reduce them.
• Design and maintain database structures that match business workflows.

Skills and Technical Fit

The role requires strong capability in Core Java or Advanced Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, REST API development, ReactJS, JavaScript, and Spring Security, along with a solid grasp of SQL and database fundamentals. Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JSON, XML, Hibernate or JPA, Git or SVN, Maven or Gradle, Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools, JUnit, and Mockito is also important. Familiarity with jQuery, reactive programming, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Fortify, cloud platforms, SaaS products, and scalable system design will be advantageous.

Preferred Background

Prior experience in greenfield development, CI/CD pipelines, security testing, performance tuning, and proposing improvement ideas will be considered a plus.

Eligibility

Candidates with a B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics, or MCA can apply. The expected experience band is 2 to 10 years.
