Role Overview
Dalata Hotel Group is seeking a Senior Front Office Supervisor to support the smooth running of the front office in a hotel setting in Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. This position suits someone who enjoys leading by example, creating excellent guest experiences, and contributing to a positive team culture.

What You Will Do
- Make sure every guest is greeted in a sincere, welcoming, and professional manner from arrival through to departure, with support from all relevant departments.
- Contribute to strong results in mystery audits, customer feedback scores, quality assessments, and overall hotel standards.
- Support the efficient day-to-day operation of the front office department.
- Work with the management team to help maintain positive morale across the team.
What You Need
- At least 1 year of experience in a comparable position.
- Strong planning and organisational ability, including confidence in assigning tasks and overseeing completion.
- A personable, approachable manner when dealing with both guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively on your own as well as within a team.
- Experience in a 3-star or 4-star hotel is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
