Position Overview
The Senior Executive Assistant will act as a dependable support partner to the Partner, helping with planning, coordination, organization, and day-to-day execution across both professional and personal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day assistance to the Partner across personal and managerial tasks.
- Coordinate calendars, optimize scheduling, arrange travel, manage expenses, and handle meeting setup and logistics.
- Help plan, organize, and schedule conferences and external events.
- Serve as the first filter for incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, memos, and phone calls.
- Keep documentation, filing systems, and supporting materials well-organized for internal and external use.
- Handle sensitive information with complete discretion and confidentiality.
- Prepare meeting agendas, gather briefing materials, and share important insights before board, investor, or routine meetings.
- Support the creation of talking points, investor correspondence, internal memos, and presentations.
- Monitor action items and follow up to ensure teams complete decisions and assigned tasks from meetings.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in an executive assistant, office management, or similar position.
- Strong professional ethics, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Capability to create polished presentations and professional documents.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- A dependable, positive, and adaptable approach with a willingness to learn.
- Strong multitasking skills and careful attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools.
Additional Information
This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and is a full-time onsite position.
