About Tremendous
Tremendous provides a quick, no-cost, and adaptable platform for sending bulk payouts to recipients across more than 230 countries and regions. More than 20,000 organizations, from small businesses to major institutions such as Google, MIT, and United Way, have used the platform to send over $1 billion in payouts and save an average of 15 hours each month.
The company intentionally builds for efficiency, flexibility, and a better day-to-day work experience. It operates as a fully remote organization with a strong emphasis on documentation and fewer meetings, giving people more time for meaningful work and personal priorities.
Customers across marketing, research, HR, and nonprofit teams appreciate how simple and fast the product is to use. Behind that simplicity sits substantial complexity, including more than 2,500 redemption choices and significant banking infrastructure, which makes the work intellectually challenging and engaging.
Tremendous is profitable and continues to grow without outside funding. The team is looking for someone to join before the next international offsite.
Role Overview
This position is for an experienced data analyst who will partner with the go-to-market organization, including Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success. The role focuses on connecting the entire revenue funnel, from acquisition through retention.
Data is treated as a core part of the business, and the company believes strong insights can drive meaningful growth. In this role, you will work closely with the data team and stakeholders across the company to expand GTM analytics and launch new data-backed initiatives as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Use a variety of analytical techniques to uncover insights across go-to-market functions such as sales, RevOps, marketing, and customer success, including work on conversion funnels and attribution.
- Turn disparate data points and findings into clear, persuasive stories that can be applied broadly across the company.
- Support data-led decision-making by working closely with senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Improve how the Data team operates by standardizing workflows, introducing better practices, mentoring others, and helping build new areas of expertise.
- Contribute actively as part of a growing analytics team and help strengthen collaboration and team culture.
Requirements
- Deep background in B2B GTM analytics across one or more of marketing, sales, RevOps, and customer success, along with familiarity with the associated tools.
- Advanced SQL skills, with preference for strong data modeling, efficient query design, and well-documented code.
- Hands-on experience with at least one BI or data visualization tool such as Sigma, Tableau, or Mode.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain how a solution should be designed and what business impact it will create.
- Comfort with moving work forward quickly through iterative development while handling short-term blockers as they arise.
- A disciplined approach to ambiguous exploratory analysis, balancing completeness with an MVP mindset.
- Ability to use data to drive ambitious outcomes and influence decisions at the company level; prior experience as a technical lead or manager is a plus.
- Strong judgment and practical business and product instincts for prioritization.
Bonus Experience
- Exposure to forecasting and predictive modeling.
- Experience with operational platforms and systems such as Segment, Amplitude, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools.
- Familiarity with dbt, Fivetran, or Census.
- Programming experience in Python or R.
