Descrizione del lavoro

Role overview

This position focuses on protecting brand standards while creating, adapting, and refining design work for a major global brand. The role covers creative design, artwork creation, amendments, and the versioning of approved creative assets for marketing campaigns and retailer communications.

In addition to hands-on production work, the role includes supporting and coaching local stakeholders, helping maintain output quality, and making sure all materials remain consistent with the brand.

The role is based in London and follows a hybrid working pattern, with 1 to 2 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

  • Create, refine, and prepare print-ready artwork across a wide range of formats, including print collateral, press advertising, kit assets, digital pieces, animation, and social media content.
  • Maintain the original creative idea and ensure all work stays faithful to the brief.
  • Work in line with brand standards and wider corporate guidelines at all times.
  • Apply colour management practices as part of everyday production work.
  • Draw on experience to spot and solve challenges related to design, artwork, and production.
  • Handle personal administration tasks, including timesheets, accurately and on schedule.
  • Follow established quality control procedures and systems with a careful, structured approach.
  • Estimate and manage time effectively so work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a consistently high standard.

Skills and experience

The role calls for substantial artwork and production experience across both digital and print channels, along with the ability to translate design concepts accurately into multiple formats and media.

Experience gained in an agency or production agency environment is preferred.

Strong expertise with Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with solid pre-press knowledge covering pre-flight checks and proofing.

Experience using Adobe After Effects for motion graphics is an advantage.

Familiarity with marketing technology and workflow systems such as DAM platforms, ad delivery tools, approval/sign-off systems, and related production workflows is beneficial.

Applicants should also bring strong design judgement, typography, layout, Photoshop, and image retouching skills, plus a good understanding of print materials, die-cuts, and colour management.

Good organisation, problem-solving ability, communication skills, and confidence using Microsoft Office are also important.

Equal opportunity statement

The employer is committed to fair and inclusive hiring and aims to create a diverse workplace. Recruitment, employment, development, pay, and promotion are all handled without discrimination on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, sex, disability, age, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
