Genpact is seeking a Senior Consultant in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia to help guide transformation work across customer experience, operations, and digital domains. The position is suited to someone who enjoys solving complex, unclear problems and turning business needs into workable, measurable solutions. What you will do
- Take the lead on strategic problem-solving and transformation efforts across different business areas and industries.
- Break down complex business issues, identify underlying causes, and develop practical recommendations.
- Work with clients and stakeholders to set priorities, design transformation roadmaps, and build implementation plans.
- Convert customer, operational, and business requirements into solutions that deliver clear results.
- Use both quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decisions and strengthen business cases.
- Find opportunities to improve customer experience, operational results, process efficiency, and digital capability.
- Help move transformation programs from planning into execution.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate has a background in strategy consulting, management consulting, transformation, business improvement, or operational excellence, or a closely related area. You should be comfortable working through ambiguous problems and have experience contributing to or leading process improvement, organisational change, or customer-focused initiatives. Strong stakeholder engagement, the ability to influence senior leaders, and the confidence to build recommendations backed by data are important. Clear communication and presentation skills are also essential.
