About the role

This position is part of a growing talent pipeline for future Salesforce Agentforce Consultant and Service Design opportunities across Salesforce and AI-led transformation initiatives. The work brings together artificial intelligence, customer experience, and Salesforce delivery to shape smart, scalable, and intuitive solutions built on Salesforce Agentforce.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and implement AI-enabled Agentforce solutions along with end-to-end customer journeys.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into scalable solution blueprints.
  • Facilitate journey mapping and process design sessions to improve customer experience outcomes.
  • Develop AI workflows, prompts, and conversational experiences.
  • Prepare delivery documentation such as process maps, user stories, and high-level solution designs.
  • Work alongside product owners, developers, and AI specialists to deliver connected solutions.
  • Contribute to testing, user acceptance testing, and continuous refinement after launch.
  • Strengthen client partnerships and help ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience across Salesforce products such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
  • Well-developed communication skills and the ability to manage a range of stakeholders effectively.
  • Background in solution design, business analysis, or consulting.
  • Capability to turn business problems into practical and scalable solution approaches.
  • Working knowledge or exposure to AI, generative AI, and large language model concepts.

Preferred experience

  • Prior exposure to Agentforce, conversational design, or AI assistant solutions.
  • Experience in the financial services sector.
  • Familiarity with integrations such as MuleSoft or ETL tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, or HTML.
  • Salesforce certifications.
